Our proposals
Podere del Pereto provides quality holiday accommodation in 3 bedrooms and 4 apartments, equipped with independent heating, television and decorated in simple and functional Tuscan country style. Bed and bath linen are provided. In the apartments, kitchens are equipped with oven, hob, extract, fridge, cooking utensils and tableware. Two apartments have a fenced outdoor area, making them suitable for those holidaying with their pet dog.
Situated on the 1° floor, and accessed by an external stairway, the apartment is comprised of entrance, kitchen/living room with fireplace, a generously-sized double bedroom with view of the pool, and the sunset, a small single room, and light filled bathroom with shower.
Outside, at the bottom of the external stair, there is a patio area with benches and table, reserved for guests staying in apartment 201.
